Sydney Re-imagined
Set to become one of Australia’s most advanced and connected places, Kemps Creek, within the Western Sydney Aerotropolis is one of the biggest and most ambitious build projects in Australia’s history.
Access is located just 5km from the planned Western Sydney Airport at Badgery’s Creek, close to major road transport links including the M7 and M4, and the soon-to-be-constructed M12 motorway. The site also offers access to Parramatta in less than 30 mins and Sydney CBD in 45 minutes.

Committed To The Future
The Australian and NSW Governments have committed to invest more than $4.1 billion to upgrade Western Sydney’s road infrastructure over the next 10 years.
Mamre Road also provides superior access to the site with an existing B-Double approved, six lane prime arterial road, connecting the M4 to the M12 and Western Sydney Airport. The site also features signalised access for enhanced efficiencies.
New Opportunities
In June 2020, the Greater Mamre Road Precinct was included in the NSW Government’s Planning System Acceleration Program and the 850-hectare area was
fast-tracked and rezoned for its job creation opportunities and benefits to the public.
The Mamre Road Precinct generates an approximate capacity of 17,000 jobs and the rezoning will create new environmental conservation areas as well as additional public open space.
